Hey, almost looks like someone used an OEM clip, or at least some OEM pieces, for the Caddy conversion. The bowtie emblem on the grille is a crackup.
Here's a tip, it sounds ghetto as hell but it works great. Notice how your bumper cover is uneven at the bottom, with one "point" hanging lower than the other. I had the same prob with one I did many years ago. Find the low spots on each side of the bumper cover and sometimes there's a hole on each side already - or drill one on each side. Use small, short bolts and flat washers for the nuts with the bolts aiming up (I used round headed carriage type bolts so you couldn't see them at all) and then make "struts" between those bolts, and one bolt on each tow hook, using thick gauge wire (12 or 10 gauge) and large ring yellow crimp connectors. You can go ahead and crimp one end and bolt it up at the tow hook, then pull the wire through but don't crimp yet on the other end, shove the cover back and forth until it's even, then mark the wire and crimp it too then bolt it to the cover.
Like I said it sounds ghetto but you can't see it at all unless you're underneath the truck, and it works GREAT. No more dragging the low point of the cover, cover looks better, and in the event you DO drag it, the wire will simply pull out of the crimp connector or the wire will break, so that it's not some rigid brace helping to tear off your bumper cover instead of having a little "give."
Hope that stupid shit makes sense...I've been up since 2PM yesterday...
