door panel ????????

i have a 94 1500 ext cab. My question is can i put a 95-99 door panel on my 94, and if so what all am i looking at. it looks like the panel will swap out, except for the actual door handle looks like the problems.. all suggestions are welcome. thanks guys.

exact same door. will work very easily, get the newer panels and handles and put them on thats it..

Just make sure you don't paint them black with regular spray paint, that $hit'll never dry. I knew a dumbass back in the day that painted his Fairmont door panels like that............oh wait that was...........
