pre-1979 toyota pickup help needed, pleazzz help

i am about to get a pre-79 yota pickup and was wondering if anybody knows of a place to get replacement body parts and stuff? im not worried about aftermarket body stuff or engine parts cause im getting a 22re engine and putting it in there. also, im thinking of bagging it since i have everything to bag a truck with except front bag cups. could someone help me with that also? thanx for any help.

Check the junk yards, and you local Craigslist for truck being parted out. You can often find a decent bed for less than $100. You won't be able to find bedsides because of the fact that the bed floor is welded directly to the bedsides. But the lower half of the bed can be seperated and replaced.

my brother has 2 complete trucks minus motors a short and long bed

i live in florence and could come pick a bed up... what kinda shape are the beds in? and how much does he want for a bed..
im not sure if mine is a long or short bed yet. i just pulled it home, reason i say this is because there is a newer style (like seth bomar bodystyle) longbed sittin on it.
oh and i bought this truck directly from the junkyard!! the owners dad drove the truck daily up until about 3 months ago the fuel pump went out and so he bought his father a newer truck and sat it at his yard.. truck is in really good shape!! just needs a bed

ok my truck has a longbed frame... how good a shape is the longbed in? get back up with me and ill come check it out since we're so close

the bed is not in the best shape but it is all there. as far as price goes i know he wants 500 for both trucks
