anyone tow with a chevy SS??

just wondering how a chevy ss would tow...thinkin bout gettin one and i have an 18' carhauler, to tow my nissan 720...if ya got any info lemme know, thanks

its only a 1/2 ton 4x4 w/ a 6.0 should tow great.

my 1/2 ton 2wd w/5.3 tows and open trailer with my heavy ass car like a dream

and james will be able to pass 3 gas stations for every 1 you can pass b4 filling up.

You cannot tell what SS version you are talking about but an old 1990 version 454ss Truck hauls a car trailer fine . Just not the greatest with Gas Mileage long distance since the rear gears are so high .

I am currently driving a 2004 Chevrolet SS Awd, I have towed some with it. Obviously a 3/4 is better but with what you are towing you should be just fine. I do however get 13 mpg, due to the 6.0 and my lead foot. Overall is a great truck.

yea i gotta 05 SS but its only 2wd...i like it better that way actually...for what i need it for its definately impressed me
