rusty you should see the database for the DA (directory assistance) company i work for. locksmiths are the worst, you can pull up a city like atlanta, ga or other large city and there will be 1000 company listings but only maybe 70 companies, for instance:

you should hear operators when they have to read these listings out to customers, and the customers are going nuts because they have no idea what the operator is talkin about.
