Relocating Alternator

Anyone ever relocate their alternator?

also anyone upgrade their alternator... and what kind and size?

I put a chevy one wire on mine and left it in the same spot as the factory.

my buddy and i relocated his to go where the ac comp would be above lthe power steering pump so we could put his york where the alt used to be it comes out so much cleaner cause you can mount the york straight up and down vs being kicked to one side hope that helps hit me up if you want to see pics later P 4 LIFE

Theres already another topic on this with some good info Corey. Its also in the Mazda section. Couple pages or so, with PNs and everything. But basically you can get any of the one-wire GM style alternators with a V-belt pulley and they're not hard to adapt. Glad I could strike some interest in this for you. Lol.
