97 Maxima...wont start

well, i have a 97 maxima GLE with a 3.0 v6 in it..i have been having problems with it for about a year and about 2 months ago it dies on me while turning a corner, and would not restart. it has a new battery,alternator, and starter..and still will not start. sometimes it will star if i put a charger on it it...does anyone know what might be the problem?

does it have gas in it?

make sure the starter ground wire has not got loose? also check to see if the maf sensor is plugged up.
