ok..I got a 95 gmc fullsize 4x4..brakes have been sticking a lil..so I put on new calipers, rubber lines, master cylinder, and booster...calipers still stick after they got heated up...so I just ditched the abs for a stock sytem off an older chevyrolet....just lines and a proportioning valve going to the master cylinder..still sticks, especially the drivers front...so I replaced the calipers //again..stick still..and in between the new calipers for the second time I cleaned all the lines...blew them out and ran them into a bottle of brake fluid to fill them back up..calipers are still sticking!!! any ideas will be greatly appreciated...this is a factory truck, is going to be my hauler if I can get the brakes working!

and the brake pedal is really tight..I just jacked the truck up and the rotors are locked down..the calipers wont release pressure..I think I'm gonna change master cylinders tomorrow..I cant think of anything else..

sounds like your on the right track but just wondering how are the rotors and brake pads.also if you take the calipers off does the rotor spin free?did you bleed the whole system after you did the front hoses?

yeah it spins freely without the calipers on..and I bled the entire system after I replaced everything..it only locks up after I run it down the road a few times and it gets heated up..
