Well, I completed my goal of raising $3100 for cancer research and finishing my first triathlon. I finished the 1.2 mile swim in :45min., 56 mile bike ride in 3:30, and the 13.1 mile run in 2:00 for a total race time of 6 hours 30 minutes. The race course was very difficult; one of the top three most difficult in the world. But the pain and suffering I experienced during the race is nothing compared to what my four honorees have to endure each day to survive. They are the real hero's. Anyway, I put my truck build on hold for 12 weeks to train, and still have the confidence to build the minitruck of my dreams. However, I'm addicted to racing triathlons and raising money for a good cause. We are sometimes measured by what we have accomplished. But are defined by what we are able to do. Regards, 2NDXRND
