is it just a small leak or what and how do i fix a leak

You are probably going to need to replace it man, unless it is a line

find the two lines that go into the firewall into the heater core....take them loose from the firewall and use a nipple to splice them together....this will bypass ur heater core..you wont have heat, but you wont have a leak neither...

to replace it i think you need to pull your dash out, no fun!! I just pullede my dash for the same reason, and decided to glass and paint the dash while it was out.

when mine went out in my chevy it flooded the passenger floor board with antifreeze! You should really try and replace it soon! It could really screw some shit up if you let it go for too long.

Same thing happended to me. Just plug your heater hoses off for a temporary fix. This is where chevyy has the advantage on heating units... its actually visable under the passenger dash on 98 and older... (i think)
