22s on a 89 GMC FULLSIZE stepside

I want to know if any one has bodydropped a fullsize STEPSIDE on 22's without moding the outside fenders. I know the backspace and the offset of the wheel is important but I already have the wheels set up to tuck. So I would appreciate some feed back or pictures ASAP!!

I have a 92 and 22's I'm working on when I have time. By measuring everything out it looked like it would lay frame but a b/d would definately need the outer fender cut, raised and reglassed. There is a truck on here that has been done and looks good (can't remember the profile name)but I opted for the easy way out bought a fleetside bed.
