1Ton to Dually Conversion???

I have a 97 CrewCab Long Bed 1 ton that I am interested in converting into a dually b/c I really want to run a set of 22.5" Alcoas. I am looking to see if anyone out there knows exactly what I need in order to pull it off. Also, where is the best place to look for the adapters and the Alcoa wheels?

buy a dually bed

buy a dually bed on ebay, and you may have to get adapters to convert to dually. Look in the back of a truckin magazine. they have a company that sells adapters for the rear end. Also you may have to get the fenders extended or rear end shortened. letme know if u have any other ?'s

I have everything you need. All you really need is the fenders, adapters, and some wheels if you are going to bag or b/d it. Give me a call or shoot me an IM and I can get you all of the specifics on the stuff you will need and other options you can go with. L8R

locks the man for semi wheels and adapters.. hit him up, and he'll help out for sure.... also might check out dually scene.com get better answers than the " buy a dually bed" kinda shit you get on here.

I WAS INTERESTED IN DOING THIS TO MINE TOO. MINE'S AN 04 CREW CAB DURAMAX 2500. OBVIOUSLY YOU GOTTA CHANGE THE BED. MY QUESTION IS, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE UP FRONT? HOW DO I CONVERT THE FRON TO DUALLY WHEELS. ALSO WHATS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE REAR END. WOULD A REAR END OFF A 3500 DUALLY BOLT RIGHT UP? ARE THEY THE SAME WITH SPACERS? ANYBODY WITH ANY INFO WOULD BE AWESOME. I WANNA CONVERT IT TO A DUALLY AND LAY IT OUT. THANKS
