If you wanna take a chance, try pulling off the seat cover and making a pattern out of it. Buy some light grey leather and sew the pieces together. Then slip it back on. It's not to hard if you take your time. A thought at the least.
I do this for a living and I didn't just take off a cover, pattern it grab my moms machine and start sewing thats for sure it takes a lot of time, a lot of effort and I paid about five g's at WyoTech to learn how to do upholstery, and another $1500 for the machine
