Antenna

91 caprice----my antenna stays up even when the car is off. what can i do to get it down, I wouldnt care if it stayed down all the time??

After checking the wiring to make sure the old one isn't underpowered, the easiest fix would be to get a new power antenna. Your local stereo shop, maybe Radio Shack, should have what you need. Remove the old one (takes about 2 minutes), install the new one and connect the wiring. Presto! Working antennas
