stereo for tall people(6'3') in reg. cab trucks?

we built this for a guy who stands at about 6'3"-6'4".

if you dont care about cuttin your cab/bed up id go with a blow through. and adam i drive an s10 like the pic and just wandering if u dont mind me askin how much would something like that cost me?
