I have moved my factory tank into the bed and can only use the larger hose so I capped the other. Works fine until fillup when it spews out. Any idea as to how to alleviate this problem?

i'm assuming you are talking about the vent up to the filler neck...it allows air to escape as the tank fills, but since it is behind the cap, it stays sealed when the cap is closed.

best thing i can think of is to either find a way to tee it back into the filler hose, or pump the fuel slowly, so air can escape through the filler neck. it must remain sealed, though, due to the way your fuel system works.

um, you capped the breather? need to know where it spews out of, and what exactly that hose went to. it you capped the breather thats bad, it lets vapor goto the vented cap.

Vapor goes to the charcoal canister, I attempted to vent it at first but it threw a cel. I am thinking I will just make it like a little red can and throw a vent off or it with a cap on it.

The problem with using the vent to fill is that eventually the gas will eat through it right above the tank.

I am filling it through a marine filler right into the factory location, its just not vented for fill-up.
