What's going on everybody! New here to this site and area, don't have a dually yet, but actively searching for one and hopefully I find one to my liking sooner than later. In the mean time just absorbing as much as I can from all of you.

If anybody knows of a place around so cal that specializes in selling them that they think I should check out, any info would be appreciated. (yes I have searched, lol)

So.. I have found two trucks that I am going to check out this weekend, both late 90's crew cabs . What do you guys recommend in looking for when buying one of these, ie. what problems to check for.

I know to look at the bed sides to make sure the fiberglass isn't cracked, and I'm pretty motor savvy, but is there anything specific to the duallys that I should know before I accidentally buy a piece of shit? Appreciate any advice

what are you wanting to do?

stock driver?

custom?

lifted?

slammed?

yea, a ford is out of the question.

Ultimately I want to bag it, and make it a tow pig. Probably make it a daily and just stock pile parts needed until its ready to go under the knife. I have another truck that is getting bagged this year and would like to be able to lay out the dually next to it.

bump.....

So...outside of the bed, is there anything dually specific that I should be looking for??

I know the question is a little dumb, but I just want to cover all my basis, appreciate any help
