Fuel Cell Help

I need help guys I recently drug thru my factory gas tank and made a huge hole in it so I decided to buy a fuel cell instead. Well I head to a local shop in Houston, TX (Competition Sales) and order an RCI 16 gal. hard black fuel cell, well I got all the fittings, etc, etc and put the fuel cell on. A buddy of mine who was checking out my truck told me I should get some type of filter or make sure the Rci fuel cell has a way to vent , Im new at this and I

man, u should hook back up with the guys u purchased it from, they should have no problems tellin u all the fittings and check valves u need to get ur truck runnin SAFELY again!!

I did they said they are not too sure what is all needed.

Yeah the factory one did, Im just so confuse I've been told I do need one and then that I don't, I just want to make sure when i drive i wont blow up .

If you have this type of cell you will need to have a vent for it. I assume you didnt install the stock sending unit in it. CORRECT? Plus you will need to have a fuel filter inline from the tank to the engine. IF you have any more questions please email or call. finalfab.com
