I'm runnin' SD.com's S10 3 link with the bags behind and under the axle. Is there any wrong way to mount the shocks? Most of the shock setups I have seen have the top of the shocks angled more towards the rear of the truck. I was thinking of mounting them the other direction. Will this work? Thanks

I take it no one knows?

yea that will work. shocks work best when they are straight up and down, however. but most setups wont allow that mostly for space issues. as long as the shock isnt at too much of an angle, that will be fine.

No it will bind. Think of how a straight axel travels.

Shocks should be mounted straight.

Most setups I see have the shock mounted at an angle (either with the top slighty tilted towards the back of the truck or tilted inward towards the center) my idea includes the top being tilted towards the front of the truck (bottom being mounted to the front of the axle, top being mounted to the front bridge bar)
