SUICIDE DOOR tips????

hey all, i am having a hell of a time getting my suicide doors lined up. They are perfectly braced now, and when tacked up with the door flush with the cab, when i finish the weld, off the truck, it pulls the top in like 1/2''. Any ideas of how to stop this problem, thanks, and or pics

Hey I tacked everything then opened the doors to make sure it swung properly then I welded everything with the door shut on my s-10 check my profile and I'll put some pics on it

yea when we put them on we leave the door shut tack the buckets in and brace then before bolting them on the door use something to "preload" the hinge to keep the door from saging when opening

Was the inside of the door skin supported if not that is your problem.
