sonoma head lights

i just put a 98-up sonoma front clip on my 97 s10. i cant seem to find a way to run my high and low beam. my lights only come on when its on high beam. i tryed wireing one light up to my fog light and signal but it blew a fuse everytime. how can i wire it up for my lights to work on low beam?
