wiring up 3 switches question

I've got three switches, I want front up/down, back up/down, front dump L/R. I originally hooked them up without diodes so when i hit the front dump L/R it would dump both sides. then i tried some diodes so the current couldn't flow back up into the front down switch, and the front dump L/R works, but now the front down doesn't work. I've tested the diodes and everything seems to working fine. Heres a diagram, i left the front dump L/R blank for anyone who wants to try and help me out. thanks

u need some six prong toggle switches and ur problems can be easily fixed

alright this is the best i can do real fast...i know its hard to see but the grey and bright green wired are jumped from the first switch to the switch you want to be the individual dumps. this is how i have always wired my switch boxes.
