LED Wiring Question -- Honda Civic

I've got a set of Red/White LEDs on my 99 Civic and I'm having problems getting the wiring correct. Here is what I have:

these tails and this module and this is what's happening

tails -- fine
turn signals -- fine (sorta read below)
brake light -- only the left
tails on -- brake lights fine
tails on -- no turn signals (either side)
right turn signal -- blinks fine then press brake and goes off

i'm about to pull my hair out...any suggestions?

mine are two wire so i don't know how i can help you sorry good luck tho

you mean there are no civic owners on here with LEDs....i know better than that

Can't really help with your car without seeing it in person but I used a trailer harness convertor from the autoparts store for my led.

same here
