Sliding Rag Top ???s

Whats up everybody. I was wondering if anybody know what size rag top I should put in my 2000 GMC Sierra Extended cab. Also should I go with canvas or vinyl and why?? Thanks for the help.

40 X 40 is the generic size for extended cab if u wanna do the ENTIRE roof..that of course was what was goin on my mazda b2000 before i crashed it..so seein as u have a larger truck a 40 x 40 should be perfect..now as for canvas or vinyl?? hmm..to me that doesnt make much of a difference really...

Yeah, 40x40 and I like the canvas myself. Just looks better to me.

I have a 35x35 coming in about a mounth black with the headliner. i give to ya for 550 i got it for my s-10 but now i need a motor now. just let me know

Drop the headliner and measure front to back. Remember that you can only measure the flat part of the roof. Then measure side to side inside of the reinforcement 1 inch. That's how big you can go. I just installed a 40"X 44" Street Beat rag in my Sport Trac and it barely fits. Go with the stayfast canvas. Stay away from vinyl!!!
