I have a mono-leaf longbed ranger. It came monoleaf from the factory. When I took it all apart to install the flip kit, nothing seems to line up. The U-bolts wont go in straight and the plates on the leafsprings dont let the flip kit brackets sit right.I have no spring plate at all and no way to get anywhere. What do I have to do to get everything to line up.

what year ranger? im pretty sure they DIDNT come w/ a mono leaf. the shortest factory leaf pack was 3 leafs, 2 long and 1 really short one, that is on the splash model. its possible it could be the leafs out of a 2 door explorer. but to answer your question, it sounds like the rear end is sitting on the line up pin. your suppposed to flip the center bolt over so it wont hit the axle tube.
