I have a 95 tahoe, 4x4 with IFS, i want to bag it and bd it about 3 inches, is this possible? is there anything i have to change out or get rid of or anything extra that needs to be cut? ive talked to some people i hang out with and they told me that because its 4x4 it would never lay.

get a 2wd front clip and build from there..OR build an entire new frame...its STUPID to bag a 4x4 and try to use all the 4x4 stuff unless you WANT it to still be 4wd and layed out

Stupid is defined as being slow to learn or understand.........that being said there person that calls someones dreams stupid, is probably stupid to. Being a mini trucker is suppose be about doing something different.....its not about building something everyone else owns,Casey Styles right on and good luck with it, i owned 4x4 blazer that was slammed to the earth .... post pictures if you do it

okay i guess im stupid..but to me it makes absolutely no sense to try and bag and b/d a 4x4 UNLESS you are trying to keep the 4 wheel drive system intact and working..and so far no one has said that is the case..but hey..if he wants to spend the extra time and money making it work so it can be "different" go for it..have fun finding wheels that tuck nice too....and oh yeah..i had a 4x4 s10 blazer that was slammed and it was a pain in the ass and im sooo glad i did not try to bag it...cause it woulda been STUPID

lets see some pictures, any of these 4x4s that have been air rided keep their 4 wheel drive operational.

Thanks Lunatik. I don't think that im going to keep it 4 wheel, what would be the point? lol and besides theres something wrong with my transfer case so the 4wd doesnt work anyways. Im debating wether to cut the front clip off of a 2wd, or build a whole new frame. Keeping in mind I still plan to drive this truck not trailer it around lol Ill definatley post some pics up as soon as I get it going. Thanks for all the advice and opinions guys keep em comin.
