yota conversion question

When you convert to yota spindles and hubs does it make the front end wider thus requiring a higher offset rim or does it make it narrower. If it makes narrower i am going to have a set of kustomwerks arms for sale

I heard it makes it a tad bit narrower, not that much tho

I think it was slightly wider with my KW arms... I think i had the stock mazda and the kw arms with yota shit dimensions in a thread I made a month or 2 back.

I was wrong... its slightly narrower.


KW ARMS and RX7 Rear:

From hub to hub:

Front: 56 3/4"
Rear: 59 1/8"


Stock Mazda:

Front: 58 3/8"

Rear: 58 5/8"

I went with a +39 offset on my 18x7" wheels if that helps any too.

yeah, and what sucks is that you could have done a +15 on the front, you only needed the +39 because of the IRS rear being wider. But it would have looked silly with more offset in the rear than the front.

I'll bet you'll be able to turn laid out with those. Either that or use some spacers to push them out a bit.
