Whats up from conroe Texas..
I just got my hands on a 88 chevy dually with the crapy 454tdi. BUT they had taken out the fuel inject and put a carb on it.
Currently it has a hesitent at mid throttle and it smokes out of the passenger valve cover. It does not apprear to be eating oil or coolant so i am unsure as to what is wrong.
I am going to be wanting to do a cummins swap on it here soon. Ive been doing alot of reading at past swaps to get more info.
