I am a lead spray tech at our shop that sprays Rhino Linings. Get a heat gun or a forced heater of some sort that can crank out about 300 degrees and force it to the liner itself. Then you can take a big putty knife and scrape it out. We have a machine that we use, but it costs 1100.00 dollars to buy. There is another way is by grinding it out. It should only take about 6-8 hours to strip out the liner by grinding or using the putty knife with the heat I said earlier. If anymore Questions call me at
