i would order a metal one tack it in nice and slow and fille it with weld but one bead at a time so you don't warp it, then i would just use rage or if you are that worried about it cracking you could use some reendforced filler

how r u gona tack it when the bedsides are fiberglass

i would hella brace the bed were the tail gate goes(inner structure is steel) and make the bars sit flush w/ the skin and panel bond it to them then use some fusor/panel bond(i dont think panel bond works on fiberglass tho) and make some peices to go behind the skin and bedsides then kitty hair over it.

I am not a fan of molding a steel pan to a composite bed side, but I done it on my splash 2 or 3 times. " I kepts dragging it off."

Basically I used a pan that overlapped the bed sides and used a product for Corvette body panels, called SMC adhesive I believe and glued it on. I then smoothed the area with body filler as normal. It held good for about 2 years and I drug it off pulling in a real steep driveway laid out. I hadn't drove it in 3 months and forgot to raise it up just in case your wondering.

Yea it was 4 years ago almost to the day that I sold it to Ryan. It had been done the 1st time like 3 years before I sold it to him.

JUST CURIOUS. IF THERE WAS A FIBERGLASS ROLL PAN MADE FOR FLARESIDE TRUCKS. YOU COULD JUST GLASS IT TOGETHER RIGHT?
