I have a 99 s10 4.3 5 speed. if i got a 7" brake booster/master cylinder combo, do i have to get a proportion valve? I'm ditching the abs, so that's not an issue. Would a double diaphragm master cylinder do the same thing as the proportion valve? Please help.

I have been lectured a few times on keeping my proportional valve so i would say to keep it. but im not certian what the difference between the 2 master cylinders are. I kept my abs though. if you need pix on the relocation of it i got a few.

yeah, please email me that stuff, sdime2372@yahoo.com The only reason i'm ditching the abs is because i only drive it a few times a month and my father in law (a mechanic) said that it only actually stops you .2-.4 seconds faster than normal, and i had old trucks w/no abs and did'nt have any problems. Do i need to get a new proportion valve? Do they make smaller ones or what? I'm trying to relocate the computer stuff on the inner fenders and ditch the fenders so i can lay out in front.
