94 Ford thunderbird irs? thinking about parting out...worth it?

I came across a 94 thunderbird for a very reasonable price and was wondering what you guys think the irs should go for roughly? is it worth parting the car out or sell it whole? i am taking offers on it noy...i can send u some pics if u need.

keep it and build it uo for yourself

does it have disk brakes in the rear?
