fuck the sd tubs there overpriced, you can get steel trailer fenders for a hell of alot less.

LMAO. have you ever installed a set of the SD tubs man? Yeah you can get trailer fenders, cut steel to cover the sides, weld and bodywork them smooth and spend a good day doing it, and do the same to weld 2 together if u need a wider tub...or you can order the exact dimensions you need from SD and have them ready to rock out of the box with flawless metalwork. They are WELL worth the price. By the time you factor in sheet metal for the sides, welding and body supplies, extra fenders to widen them out, and all the time, the SD ones are your best bet.Once you install a set of SD ones, you'll wonder how you ever did it any differently...or mayeb i'm just lazy.

as for your other question, you're going to have a lot of fun cutting the front of your truck to shreds. relocate everything on inner fenders, removing those, build a new box for your ac, making sure nothing hits, etc, etc. i have 18's w/225/40/18's and my fenders sit on the tires.

my s-10 lays flat on 20's with 245/35/20-- mind to metal-- raised my gas tank and relocated the two link bars to the outside of the frame to lay even lower.. me and my buddy installed the suicide door tub and notch cover and woulda looked better if my bed floor wasnt already fcked up...but under the front they had to change the entire clutch system and ditched abs and built another battery box and a/c, also no cruise control anymore, with some trailer tubs in front.....it was a lot for him to do but it lays flat and hard, and it barely rubs the tub in the front driver side jus cause it leans a lil with the stock gas tank under it and when u tub the ass out make sure you cut out plenty of room cuz those 20 are massive on the little trucks
good luck

U can figure three more inches at least. My 20's are 255/35 and they measrtue 27" tall, u can get shorter though, just depends how much u worry about bending wheels!! Im scared to go anyshorter because i drive my truck daily and my wheels are aluminum, so i think they'd bend i f i got a shorter series

Well here's how it may look, it's 245/35/20 with all stock fenders from front to rear.(and you will for sure rub frame just before full turn).........
