help with shifter!!!

how the hell do you remove the column shifter on an 02' s-10?? i'm about to go crazy!???

U mean just the lever?? There should be a pin holdin it in that needs to b driven out, at the base of the rod usually. U may have to pull the column plastics to get to it

yeah i mean the lever. but there's a torx nut in it at the base but i swear to buhjeezus that mofo won't come out!! i tried everything!
