gas tank crossmember

i know this is real similar to another thread, but i really dont want to resort to raising my truck up just cuz of this crossmember. right now its only a static drop in the rear and its actaully resting on the pumkin. Anyone got any ideas on how to notch this? just cuttin some of the pipe away wouldnt work cuz its gotta be much bigger then that. any ideas would help. thanks

Just cut mine out completly and made a new one, check my profile. It also raised my gastank almost three inches!

Just raise the tank. I raised mine, and moved it as close to the cab as possible.
