Chevy Cobalt

I need to replace the arm rest/door handle on both doors its a small plastic piece about 8-10 in long.How do I remove them.

I have not dealt with a Cobalt yet but usually there is a small cap or cover that must be gently pryed up and you will find the screws or clips under this. On the other hand some imports and smaller domestic cars I have had to remove the door panel, and the armrest assembly is attached from the backside of the panel.
