Need some custom sectioned, and lowered a arms.

Currently, the bag lays FLAT with the front bumper a good 3/4 inches off the ground. I know I won't be able to get an extra 3 to 4 inches out of a sectioned A arm, but I want to see if anyone has ever done one, or knows what I'm looking for...
It's running an ART kit all around, and it still sits WAY too far up in the air. I'm going to tub out the rear pretty soon, but would like to redo the front as well. Sugguestions? Help? Info on awesome metalworkers who can help me out?

94 mustang. 20x8.5" wheels +38 offset.
No mods other than 'bolt in' bag mounts. They don't offer much room to be trimmed currently. Even if I trimmed them, I wouldn't get but maybe 1/2". The setup replaces the coils in the coil mounts, and it uses some interesting looking mounts that don't look like they could be modified without messing with the coil brackets up top.

Basically, the strut holds the A arm up. You drop the strut, the entire assembly drops down (makes getting the springs out fairly easy...). I am thinking now that I would need custom mounts on the top, a custom A arm, and a shortened strut up front to get what I am looking for.

Several guys think I should go ahead and bodydrop it, which would be a good idea, but I'm not sure I want to delve into a unibody car at this point. I think I could lay sideskirt by tubbing everything out in the rear, and doing what I said about up front. I like the overall look of 'baggedandblown' (or something similar). He's got one laid out on 20x8.5s and it tucks HARD. I just want mine to camber in up front when I bring it down and to lay sideskirt!

Dragging would be sweet, but the gas tank would have to be raised/relocated before.

Thanks for your help, I'll shoot AVTEKK a message, seems like a pretty knowledgeable guy.
