did you get a ticket or a summoms to appear in court? if you got a ticket you'll just pay it and it will go on your record (but if you're under 18 it will be sealed on your record on your 18th birthday). if you got a summoms you will go before the judge and he will decide your punishment. depending on the judge and all you could get anything from a fine to community service but unless you live in the harshest county in the country you wont see the inside of any kind of facility...

a bunch of crap, i had a party at my house, and 23 ppl got arrested and got MIP's, it was a pretty big fuckin party. most of them had to do 2 classes, and pay $500. a couple had priors and got fucked with treatment. i wouldnt sweat it. if you go infront of the judge, just say it was a stupid decision and you wont do it again.
