space?

ok im gonna build a console for my s10 and ive got 10" kicker comp and i was wanting to know how to measure air space i know how much they need but just dont know how to tell if i got enough air

If you have a built enclosure, then the formual;
cu.ft. = height x width x depth / 1728
Make sure that you are using the internal measurements.
If you looking to build the center console around the enclosure and you want to start off with the recommended air volume, then reply back. I do not want to write a book, if I don't have too. The formula is not hard, just more invovled.
