im looking at 3 welderslincoln welders SP-175T SP-175 PLUS SP-175HD ( they sell this one at home depot and lowe's) im not really sure what the differance in the 3 are,besides prices. can anyone give me a little more details on the difference in them.thanx

The 175 plus is the same as the 175t except it has a continuous amperage dial. The 175t only has five amperage settings A,B,C,D,and E. It makes it a little easier to adjust to your style. The HD i know nothing about. If your going to be doing moslty sheet metal work the 175t is all you need. If you want to do more chassis and frame work than sheet metal I would steer towards the plus model.

yeah rod. looking for something to do bodywork,bed work,floors (sheet metal) and also do chassis and frame work....i'll have to look into the PLUS
