What did you do with the wires that hook-up to the factory system? Dose it do anything when you try to start it? Where did you get the steering wheel adapter, and billet interior pieces?

its a return less system, youll have ot put the factory sending unit in the tank.

thread aint dead yet, i got the same problem...factory fuel pump in a shortened gas tank in stock spot...i pulled the unit back out and took the pump off and put jumper wires from the battery and it turned on so i put it all back in the tank and the red button in the cab is pushed down for the inertis/fuel shutoff and it i still cant get the pump to turn on, no blown fuses but maybe a relay?? but as to which one it is i have no clue, my haynes manual doesnt describe and i have no other reference..i put my voltmeter into the trucks harness at the pump and i got 0 volt reading.. I'm thinkin maybe i gotta reset that switch somehow to make sure its not killing my pumps power...i dunno what to do now and im just checking all my wires and all the shit i did to see if something got messed up some how...i have a 99 ranger 3.0 manual, please help me out if you can

turn the key on and check the voltage on each side of the connector on the inerita switch w/ it plugged in. if it is good t here should be 12v on each side. but yea your prob does sound like a relay. in the big fuse box under the hood, there is a fuse and a relay.

i would save these pics, duno how long itll let me hot link em.
