whats necesary to lay the rear . my friend did his 69 coupe ( notch frame ,raised driveshaft tunnel ) and still doesnt lay out . mine is a 68 sedan deville and am getting ready to do the rear and thats what i was told was necessary to lay out the rear but it doesnt seem to work! any help would be appreciated . thanks in advance.

thats not the help im looking for. please post if you have some true input on the matter. i'd like to get my car done and help would be better than just cutting things up i like my stuff clean and done right

Did he not notch the frame deep enough or what? Looks like it would be easy to see what bottoms out before the frame lays.

yes its bagged and know with all that cut out it doesnt go any lower . nothing looks ike it hits but not sure just wanted specifics if you have done a caddy before

very true seth, on my 69 we built a small notch and angle cut the rear cups, it lays fine. good luck
