im assuming you mean to get rid of that valve, yeah you can, did that to mine about 9 yrs ago. havent had any problems.

all I did was extend the brake line and mount the proportioning valve further back on the frame. Works good for me

Remove one line from the valve to the T up front and plug the hole and throw that thing in the trash.

Thats a load sensing proportioning valve. You can shorten your line and run an adjustable one, and wrap the flexible line around to the axle. Or, you can get a proportioning valve from a 79-83 Toyota for about $10 at a junk yard, and its set up for the right flow already.
