There you have it. Technology moves forward every day, and who knows- 20 years from now we'll probably all be laughing at the "Old School" airbag and hydraulic setups we used to run!

agreed! Those new Michelins look interesting, but how can you roll 30's with a low-pro tire if you have all of that dead space in there?
Michelin may be spelling the end of Donks!

the idea of this thread is not to validate the superiority of one type over another. Some ppl dont care if its reliable, cost effective etc...some ppl have trailer queens while others have too much bloody money. All I'm sayin is that it would be nice to see some ingenuity into a different method of suspension instead of a 2 ton molded paper weight frame clip or your basic daily driver set ups. There is a place for everyones tastes of course I would just hate to think the the sport is slowin down.If I could put my library of magazines from 1984-present of truckin, minitruckin, importmags, hotrod, truck builder etc i would say not much has changed except the demand from consumers to suppliers on the quality of product.Minitruckin is my obsession and maybe I feel too strongly on some issues but surely I cant be the only one or am I ? Once again everyone has there place and contributes in their own way THIS IS NOT A JUDGEMENT THREAD just my 2

Stuff changes ALL the time. Not always alot. Every now and again someone pushes the envelope real far, but that is rather uncommon. Go to the library, get drunk in your shop, fuck your muse, whatever. come up with a new method of rapid ajustable action and people will flock to it. Everyone loves new stuff. It will be expensive, and you may never get there, but i say DO IT. As for me i'm waitin on my backordered Flux-Capacitor. I'm RAILIN' THRU TIME BITCHES !!!

well i suppose someone has to start a new trend, unfortunately it wont be seen for over a year as my blazer must be finished first (been over a year since i tore it apart) but I came up with two assemblies one bein an improvement on the average hydraulic setup and the other hmmmm. well on the bench it looks like a few gears, electric motors,a couple cam bearings and when you look at the frame its almost stealth. Not the quickest but comparable to a 3/8 air set up and sounds like a zipper when activated. Lmao that sounds funny..beem me up scotty see you in cali
