truck wont run....please help

hey guys i have a 93 silver rado with tha Vortec V6, jus put my gas tank in my bed, and now tha truck wont run, if i pour tha gas into tha bowl it will crank run for a min then shut off (when all tha gas is out) the gas tank is pumping and recycling gas but i cant get it to start and keep running, any ideas?! i need it to be runnin by friday tha 14th or i will get a notice from my land lord (bitches)

have you changed your fuel filter recently? That was why mine would'nt run, had same problem. Truck would turn over, run for about a second, and shut down. I changed the fuel filter, and had no problems since. they're only rated for like a year, and mine had not been on the road regularly for a year and a half. Just try it, can't hurt.
