first time fiberglassing

I just did my first dash wow what a b*tch for me a least i had to use bondo then some evercoat to clean it up ill post pic see what u guys think wish i saw this post befor i did mine rrrrrr.O i have 4 layers on it

Yea a roloc with some 40 on it helps. Careful about getting gouges with it though.

any ideas on how i would mount em(other than skrewin it to the door) if i used like 1/8 or 1/4 wood as a base for my door panel.

instead of fleece...try spandex...it streatches really well....your only using it to get your shape...you strengthin it with fiberglass....not resin alone...also get it as tight as you possibly can...an remember get your frame work an rings perfect...if you dont...youll pay for it later..

amen on the rings. Make sure they are perfect to start with.
