i was told that my 01 s10 has 2 cat. converters...is that right, and if so could i just use the smaller one and eliminate the bigger one as long as all of my sensors are still in place?

it has a pre-cat built into the y-pipe, and then right after that is the main cat. you cant get rid of the big one, the pre-cat doesnt do enough and itll trip your sensors. if you want to go in there and screw around with cats, you might as well get rid of both of them. youll then need O2 simulators from Casper. heres the link, if you cant find it on the site then call them, their site sucks ass to navigate.

well, its not really a fact of the light being on, i could care less about that. im in nc and we have pretty much the same emission laws as ca. so, is it possible to run the big one on a sfbd?
