looking for info on this vertically challenged dually

This truck is for sale, looking for some info about it. My lil bro is interested in it.
Anyone know who bagged it? has it been abused? etc....

my brother and i bagged that truck. he is in our chapter down here in south texas. from what i understand he hardly even drove it due to the paint job. i have not talked to him in months. didn't even know he was selling till now.

ya, he is selling. He said he has another truck he drives daily, and is working on an old Studebaker or something.

Mind if I can get a list of parts used? brands and such?
My lil bro is trying to sell his F250, then get a small loan for the rest. So we dont want to bother the guy doing a real good go over until he for sure has the $$$
