what kind of chevy lug nuts are the kind you have said fit those 4 stud type things on a factory manifold. I got my engine, and besides painting it, it's ready to be put in my truck after 3 years without one. WOOHOO...

full size GM pickup, mine came off an 84. Credit for the idea goes to Crutch, who has forgotten more about Mazda engines than I know.

Put a dab of JB Weld in them and thread em on.

hmmm i woulda thought they would be from a newer gm truck, one with metric threads... maybe a newer 12mm would fit better than a 1/2" lug?

could be, but they came straight from the part bin and Crutch's Dad, Pops, never owned anything newer than the 84.

thanks homie. all I gotta do is get the engine painted, which I just got home from buying paint, and get my buddies lift/leveler and it's going in. My fourlink tabs should be here today or tomorrow to re-do the 2 link to a 4 link in the rear, and get the engine in, and I will be finally railing after these long 4 years..
