update on my tubular control arms im making

here is how far i have got on my lower tubular control arms , im using 1" dom tubing for the bars , the end links will be 1 3/8 dom with pete and jake end bushing , doing all the notching on my milling machine , let me know what you think so far

These for the Nissan? Looks good. Is 1 inch dom strong enough control arms? I don't know just asking cause all the ones I've seen look bigger.

most of the tube arms you see out there are 1 inch d.o.m usally with a 3/16 or 1/4 wall. except the new ones from ssd those are pretty freaking heavy duty.

yea i am useing 1 inch dom 5/32 wall and the end link are 1 3/8 .120 wall , they should be plenty strong , yea i am building for my 86.5 hardbody

Not bad. On the cross brace it looks like you're moving to fast, or a little too cold.

i agree w/ seth. i would grind down those welds and run a hotter bead over them.
